How it works..
Boxi homes are owned for life by our community, because we don't build to sell we can invest 100% of the property value into its construction which allows us to use the best materials, technology and building methods. We invest in the infrastructure of each home and community to allow it to be self sufficient and co-operative. Sharing resources, energy and economies of scale.
Our planning team have a ream of new development projects ready to go once we have evaluated and ensured the site meets our criteria for Boxi Homes. We build either ground up or re develop existing homes.
Ground up construction
We specialise in ground up development of new houses and communities, building sustainable and technologically advanced homes using renewable energy technology and incorporating nature into the design. Our goal is to create a home that is both energy efficient and comfortable to live in, while preserving our natural environment. We also use the latest construction techniques and materials to ensure that our homes are built to last.
Re development and conversion
Our Re Development team specialises in the complete renovation of existing buildings, transforming them into modern and sustainable homes. Our team of experts utilises the latest technologies and techniques to upgrade both the interior and exterior of older buildings, creating homes that are comfortable, energy-efficient, and technologically advanced. Through our comprehensive approach, Boxi Re Development can take an outdated building and craft it into a modern, energy-efficient, and sustainable home.
